Questions, answered
What does venue hire cost?
It depends on the size of your day. For up to 40 guests, round-table, classroom or U-shape, a half day is R6,500 and a full day R12,500. For up to 60 guests theatre-style, a half day is R16,100 and a full day R20,500. Half days run up to four hours, full days eight. Prices exclude VAT and catering. Enquire with your numbers and we’ll quote the day.
How many people does the venue hold?
Up to 60 guests theatre-style, with round-table, classroom and U-shape setups for smaller groups. For events of up to 70, ask about exclusive hire.
What is included in venue hire?
Full AV tech, high-speed Wi-Fi, flexible layouts, coffee and refreshments, secure on-site parking, climate control, and contrast therapy access to reset during the day.
Do you offer catering?
Yes. From coffee and snacks through to full-day catering, we build it around your agenda, tell us what the day needs when you enquire.
Can we take over the whole venue for an event?
Yes. Exclusive hire gives you all of The Edge, the venue, the boardroom, the cafe and the Resilience Room, for up to 70 guests, including evening events until 22:00. From R25,000, excl VAT. Enquire and we’ll plan it with you.
Is there parking?
Yes, secure on-site parking at the stadium, included with your booking.
