What does the boardroom cost?
R3,000 for a half day (up to four hours) or R4,500 for a full day (eight hours). Prices exclude VAT and catering.
How many people does the boardroom seat?
10 to 12 around the table, with full AV for anyone joining remotely.
What is included in boardroom hire?
Full AV tech, a whiteboard, high-speed Wi-Fi, coffee and refreshments, secure on-site parking, and contrast therapy access to reset between sessions.
Do you offer catering?
Yes. Coffee and refreshments are included, and we can arrange catering for the meeting, from breakfast trays to a working lunch. Just mention it in your enquiry.
Can I hold a confidential meeting in the boardroom?
Yes. The Wicket is a private, closed-door room, and what happens in it stays in it. If the conversation needs extra care, tell us and we’ll set the day up accordingly.
